1. Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer purchasing Velatrixil remotely, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you takes physical possession of the goods.
This right is granted under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights into Swedish law.
You are not required to give a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.
2. Important Exception — Sealed Goods
Please note that in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 11, point 5 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery. If you have opened the product packaging, you may lose your right of withdrawal for that item.
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Model Withdrawal Statement:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of Velatrixil ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Signature (if submitted on paper): [signature]. Date: [date]."
4. Returning the Goods
If you withdraw, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We recommend sending returns via a tracked postal service. We accept no liability for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Refunds
Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal notice and the return of the goods (or evidence of return), we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for such reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods.
6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a product that is defective or does not conform to its description, you may have additional rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Please contact us promptly at office-@vloxarinzunao.world so we can investigate and find the best resolution, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this return policy.
